Privacy policy

Mankind Tier List works without a user account and collects the minimum amount of data needed to operate.

Controller and contact

The data controller is the publisher of Mankind Tier List. For any question or to exercise your rights, write to mankindcorp.esport@gmail.com.

Data processed

Interface preferences, such as language, theme and your choice about statistics, are stored in your browser.

If you create a share link, the content of your tier list (ranks, names and any image addresses) is stored on the hosting so that the link can work. Anyone with this link can view it.

If you accept statistics, Google Analytics receives pseudonymized browsing and usage data, such as the pages viewed and the actions taken in the tool.

Emails sent to the contact address are used only to answer your request, including a content removal request.

Purposes and recipients

This data is used to run the site, keep the shares you request, answer messages and improve the service with your consent. It may be processed by Hostinger for hosting and, only if you accept, by Google Analytics for statistics.

Retention periods

Preferences stay in your browser until you delete them. Shared tier lists remain available as long as their link is kept on the site. Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data, or object to certain processing, by writing to the contact address. You can also change your choice about statistics from “Manage cookies”.
